How is pricing structured?
Pricing, bundles, invoicing.
We price per course and offer bundles for teams. All prices are shown in USD; enterprise quotes are available on request. If you need billing split across multiple departments, we can prepare separate invoices.
What formats are available?
Online, hybrid, in-person.
Online and hybrid delivery for global access. In-person intensives are available upon request for teams who want an on-site workshop. We can tailor sessions to your time zone and include recorded practice reviews where appropriate.
Do you offer refunds?
Rescheduling, transfers, policy.
Yes, within 7 days before the start date (minus processing fees). If you’re inside the 7‑day window, we typically recommend rescheduling to a later cohort or transferring your seat to a colleague.
Is there a certificate?
Proof of completion.
You receive a digital certificate of completion plus a skill summary highlighting the techniques practiced. For team programs, we can also include attendance confirmation for HR records.
